Jessica Byrd is a whole foods chef living in Los Angeles, CA. She believes that health and food go hand in hand and she strives to use the highest quality whole ingredients in every dish that she makes. After graduating from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts she worked as a pastry assistant, a cookie artist for a speciality cookie company, and a well known vegan food truck/restaurant. Jessica cooks for private clients and special events such as, Yogi Supper Club, which she is co-founder.
